The website is for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may download or print information from the site solely for the purpose of making a booking or for your personal records.

Prohibited Activities: You must not use any robots, spiders, or other automated devices to monitor or copy our website content. Use of website data for AI training, machine learning, or data mining is strictly prohibited without express written consent.

Customers may make bookings in advance through The Vintage Homestay website, OTAs, telephone, or in person. When making bookings, you will be required to provide identification information including your name, address, contact number, nationality, and email address.

Walk-ins: Customers may make bookings on arrival; however, the Property cannot guarantee the availability of rooms or other facilities for such bookings. Requests for additional nights during a stay will be accommodated based on availability.

Details of Rates and promotional offers are available on our website. Prices quoted apply only to accommodation unless otherwise stated. Additional charges may apply for meals, room service, or other facilities, and you will be informed of these on arrival.

Customers shall pay all sums due upon checking-in at the Property against an Invoice or Cash Receipt. Payment must be made immediately unless an alternative agreement exists. For promotional Rates, full payment is typically required at the time of booking and is non-refundable.

Any deposits or booking fees taken at the time of reservation are non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise. The Property may also require a security deposit to confirm a booking, which is fully refundable subject to the absence of damages.

Booking Packages: If a package includes free services (e.g., transfers or breakfast), any modification that shortens or cancels the original stay will render those free services void, and consumed services will be charged at standard rates.

Reservations made directly with The Vintage Homestay may be cancelled or modified free of charge provided you give at least one (1) day’s notice before the scheduled check-in time. We follow a no-questions-asked refund policy for cancellations made within this free-cancellation period.

Reservations made through OTAs may be cancelled or modified free of charge up to five (5) days before check-in, in accordance with the booking policy displayed on the respective OTA at the time of reservation.

For non-refundable rates or cancellations after the free period, no modifications are permitted and the full amount will be charged. This applies to date changes, shortening of stay, or room type changes. Failure to provide required notice results in a charge for the entire stay and automatic cancellation of subsequent nights.

Property-initiated cancellations in exceptional circumstances will result in an immediate notification and a full refund. Continuous bookings exceeding 180 consecutive days may be subject to cancellation by the Property.

All processing fees or gateway commissions applied by payment processors are borne by the customer and are non-refundable. OTA bookings are governed entirely by the respective OTA’s terms, and all requests must be submitted directly to them.

Valid photo identification is required for all guests at check-in. A passport is mandatory for all non-Indian nationals.

Customers are required to conduct themselves reasonably and responsibly at all times and must not act in any way which may disturb other guests. Failure to do so may result in removal from the property without a refund.

Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited in any indoor public areas and in all guest rooms. Failure to adhere to this policy shall result in a cleaning charge to restore the area or room to a smoke-free condition.

Pets: Pet animals may be permitted only at the Property's sole discretion.

Children: Children under 18 may not stay unless accompanied by an adult aged at least 18. Children under 18 are allowed only in private rooms or units booked for the exclusive use of one family or group.

Customers shall be charged for any and all damages caused by them to any Property asset or infrastructure during their stay.

Unless expressly indicated otherwise, food and drinks are not included in any Rates. Meal times will be informed upon arrival.

Customers with special dietary requirements should inform the Property in advance so we can make necessary arrangements.

Environmental Responsibility: Plastic bottles brought in by the Customer must be carried out by them; leaving such waste on the property is not permitted.

Due to uneven floors, architectural layouts, and the traditional nature of our structures, not all The Vintage Homestay properties can fully accommodate guests with certain physical disabilities.

Customers with special requirements or accessibility needs should inform the Property in advance so we can advise on the suitability of our spaces.

All content included on this website, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of The Vintage Homestay and is protected by Indian and international copyright and trademark laws.

The name "The Vintage Homestay" and our logos are registered or common law trademarks. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any part of this website for commercial purposes without our express written permission.

To the fullest extent permissible by law, The Vintage Homestay and its affiliates shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by Customers except where such loss or damage arises directly out of proven negligence or wilful misconduct by our authorised employees.

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss including, but not limited to, loss of income, business, profits, opportunity, anticipated savings, data, or loss of enjoyment.

The Vintage Homestay shall not be liable for:

• Death or personal injury except to the minimum extent required under Indian law and only where directly caused by gross negligence of authorised employees.
• Loss or damage arising from force majeure events, acts of God, power failures, natural calamities, civil disturbances, pandemics, or government orders.
• Inaccurate information provided by third parties, OTAs, digital platforms, or automated systems.

The Vintage Homestay and its affiliates will not share Customers' personal data with any third parties without prior consent.

Data will be processed in accordance with the Personal Data (Protection) Act, 2013 and the Information Technology (Amendment) Act, 2008.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the Republic of India.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or related to these terms shall fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, India.

For guests residing or booking from outside India, local consumer-protection laws may additionally apply to the extent required by law.

Consumer Rights:The Customer's rights under consumer protection legislation remain unaffected.

No Waiver: No failure by The Vintage Homestay to enforce any provision shall constitute a waiver of its rights to enforce that or any other provision later.

Severance: If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, the validity of the other provisions shall not be affected.
